So I cant seem to find the will power to NOT go out and smoke. I am down to about four or five smokes a day which is a great improvement from a half a pack a day! I still want to quit but I need to just stop smoking cold turkey. I have been cleaning and sitting on the computer, and reading anything to get my mind off smoking. So how come I am still finding the time to obsess over that cig I want so bad?
Stay motivated. Think of something else as soon as that smoke pops into your head! At least when it warms up I can go for walks with the kids. That will help.
